From the beginning, believe me, this was not an easy task Tim agreed to. We were very specific with what we wanted. The home had to be within a certain school district, a certain price range, open floor plan, split floor plan, 4 bedrooms, 3 car garage, etc. etc. etc. We did a lot of looking.  One night when we were out looking with Tim, we asked him if he would take a drive through that neighborhood that we liked so well.
